awareness, initiative, and a commitment to the bigger picture of access to
information by all citizens of Africa.

They are tried and tested professionals who lead the implementation of our
strategic priorities with passion and purpose, and foster innovation and
engagement through clear communication of “why” and connection to the
organization’s greater impact.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Board members are drawn from within the community and are of high
credibility and expertise. Each one of them serves on the board in their
individual capacity and possesses integrity, strategic vision, and diverse
expertise.
They are tasked with fostering an environment of open communication and
constructive challenge through active participation and independent thinking.
They are individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and
commitment to the organization’s success, ethical standards, and long-term
